You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process your cancellation immediately. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price.

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your request. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalized products, and items marked as final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Typically, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will refund the full purchase amount, including shipping charges.
